Batch-level grading
Transparent cosmetic grade breakdown per lot, with consistency reporting across the batch, plus configuration to a single agreed spec where volumes allow.
Grading scale
How cosmetic grades are defined
APremium
Grade A — excellent
Minimal signs of use. No significant marks on the chassis or screen. Fully functional.
BStandard
Grade B — good
Light, visible wear consistent with normal corporate use. No defects that affect operation.
CValue
Grade C — fair
Heavier cosmetic wear — scuffs, scratches or minor casing marks. Fully tested and functional.

Tested components
RAM, drives and parts are function-tested and, for storage, securely sanitised and health-reported.
